“中国高校自主招生项目”系向中国部分省、自治区的省级教育行政部门和部分中国高校提供的全额奖学金，用于部分中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华学习。

一、 资助类别、期限及申请条件

1.资助类别：硕士研究生和博士研究生。

2.资助期限：硕士研究生2学年；博士研究生4学年。资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括专业学习和汉语补习的期限。

二、奖学金内容

包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。

1.全额奖学金

●学费：包括奖学金生培养、管理以及组织或支持奖学金生开展文体、参观、联欢等活动的费用。学费由学校统筹使用。

●住宿费：即为中国政府奖学金生提供免费宿舍或发放住宿费补贴的费用。住宿费由学校统筹使用。按学校规定在校内住宿的，由学校提供免费宿舍，一般为双人间；经学校批准，选择校外住宿的，可按月或季度获得学校发放的住宿费。标准为：

硕士研究生（普通进修生）：700元人民币/月

博士研究生（高级进修生）：1000元人民币/月

●生活费标准为：

硕士研究生和普通进修生：3,000元人民币/月

博士研究生和高级进修生：3,500元人民币/月

生活费由学校按月发放。奖学金生当月十五日（含十五日）之前到校注册的，发给全月生活费；十五日以后注册的，发给半个月生活费；毕业生的生活费发至学校确定的毕业之日以后的半个月；奖学金生在学期间（正常假期除外）因个人原因离华时间超过15天的，其离华期间生活费停发。

2.部分奖学金

为全额奖学金中的一项或几项内容。

三、申请受理机构和申请时间

申请受理机构：对外经济贸易大学国际学院招生及项目开发部

申请时间：每年1月1日至4月10日

四、申请条件

1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2.申请者须首次来华学习或毕业离华一年以上；

3.学历和年龄要求：

●来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；

●来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。

五、申请流程

1. 申请人登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。请选择留学项目种类Type B, 我校 “受理机构编号”为10036。

2. 申请人登陆“对外经济贸易大学网上报名系统”（登陆http://sie.uibe.edu.cn,点击在线报名图标）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《对外经济贸易大学外国来华留学生入学申请表》。

3. 建议使用火狐或Chome浏览器。

4. 请于4月10日前将纸质版申请材料邮寄至对外经济贸易大学国际学院招生及项目开发部（地址：中国·北京市朝阳区惠新东街10号 国际交流大厦 B座101办公室

六、申请材料（均为一式两份）

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文）；

2. 《对外经济贸易大学外国来华留学生入学申请表》（中文或英文）

3. 经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

4. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

5. 来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）；

6. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

7． 《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或 http://www.campuschina.org 下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；

8. 已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中。

以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。

七、录取及通知

1. 自主招生项目高校负责审核申请材料、确定录取人选；

2. 拟录取人选经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；

3. 每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助，对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，国家留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；

4. 国家留学基金委将于7、8月份将《录取名单》《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）寄回录取院校，由其转交学生本人；

5. 奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校、学习专业及学习期限；

6. 不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。

Application Guidelines for Chinese Government Scholarship – Chinese University Program, UIBE

1. Introduction

The “Chinese Government Scholarship -- Chinese University Program”, a full scholarship set up by the Ministry of Education of China (MOE) in 2008, is aimed at promoting Chinese higher education brand on an international basis. Enrolment is managed directly by China’s key universities. As a key comprehensive university, University of International Business and Economics undertakes the enrolment of international postgraduates under this government scholarship.

2. Eligibility

(1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.  

(2) Applicants should meet either of the following eligibility requirements: not be a registered student in Chinese universities at the time of application; or be a graduate from Chinese universities for more than one year;  

(3) Education background and age limit:  

Applicants for master's degree studies must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35.  

Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have a master's degree and be under the age of 40.

The scholarship awardees' academic performance will be assessed each year and only those achieving the required standard will have their scholarship renewed for the following year.

4. Scholarship details

① Exemption from tuition fee;

② Accommodation on campus or providing accommodation monetary subsidy;  

③ Living allowance: RMB 3,000/month/person for master's students; RMB 3,500 /month /person for doctoral students;  

④ Comprehensive medical insurance;

⑤ International travel expenses: Self-afforded.

① Applicants shall make online application at http://www.campuschina.org/ (Choose Program Category Type B and the Agency No. of UIBE: 10036) download and print out the Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship and then sign the form. Hand-writing version is invalid.

② Applicants are required to make another online application at http://sie.uibe.edu.cn Please download and print out the International Student Application Form generated upon successful online application.

③ Please use Firefox or Chrome Browser.

④ Submission of application documents: Send by post to UIBE’s Admissions Office before April 10, each year the two application forms and other required documents. Application Materials

①UIBE application form, which should be completed in Chinese or English and then printed out after successful online application.

②Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship（in Chinese or English）(in duplicate).

③Highest degree certificate (notarized copy in English or Chinese) (in duplicate). Applicants who are currently studying at university should provide a study certificate. Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized translation in Chinese or English.

Note: Applicants who have provided a study certificate should submit a notarized copy of their final degree to the UIBE Admissions Office before the specified registration date (Mid-September each year); failure to do so will result in disqualification of enrollment.

④Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized translation in Chinese or English. Note: For doctoral program application, academic transcripts relating to master's and Bachelor’s study should be furnished.

⑤Study or research plan (minimum 1,000 words) in Chinese or English.

⑥Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.

⑦A copy of TOEFL 90 above or IELTS 6.0 above or official letter of English proficiency for programs offered in English, or a copy of HSK level 5 at least for Master and Doctoral program offered in Chinese. English native speaker doesn’t need English proficiency certificate.

⑧A photocopy of your valid passport.

⑨A photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form, completed in Chinese or English. (The original is to be retained by the applicant.)

Note:① Applicants are expected to submit a complete set of application materials. Incomplete application materials will be rejected. No application materials will be returned, regardless of the outcome of the application.

②Applicants are expected to keep their phones open and check their email regularly as UIBE Admissions Office will contact them when necessary.

7. Selection and notification

Scholarship decisions will be made on the basis of the applicants’ application documents, academic performance, overall merits, research achievements and supervisors’ comments.

The final list of nominees will be submitted to China Scholarship Council for final approval. The result will be published on the website of the Admissions Office (http://sie.uibe.edu.cn) in July or August each year. Scholarship awardees will be notified via email and their Admission Notice and Visa Application Form (JW201) will be sent out as soon as possible.
