Application Requirements
1. Junior college diploma or above, good health
2. Applicants under 18 need to submit notarized guardianship certificate upon the approval of UIBE (For detailed information, please refer to Admissions Office).
Application Materials
(Application materials must be prepared in either Chinese or English and will not be returned to candidates whether they are accepted or not.)
1. UIBE Application Form (Apply online)
2. A copy of junior college diploma or above graduation certificate and transcripts
3. A copy of guarantor’s passport or ID
4. A copy of passport or other identification
5. Asset certificate(if needed,i.e. current deposit on the bank statement shall be able to cover program tuition)
6. Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (if needed)
7. Two recent passport photos, white background, no hat
8. A copy of the score report of Chinese Proficiency Test (new HSK) Level 5 (at least 180 points) or above; A copy of the score report of for TOEFL 80 and 5.0 for IELTS or above (for major of Business English); Or pass UIBE’s Entrance Examinations
Entrance Examinations
Date: May – June
Content of Test:
1. Chinese proficiency written examination (including Chinese listening test)
2. English written examination (for Business English major)
3. Interview
Application Fee: RMB 660 (Non-refundable)
Advance Payment: RMB 4,000
(Advance payment is not refundable and should be paid after the confirmation of enrollment. It will be counted into the total tuition fee after registration.)
Tuition Fee
RMB 24,800/academic year
(Tuition must be paid in full at registration for the first academic year, and in the following years it is paid by semester.)
